Refund & Return Policy:

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may need to be returned for various reasons. Should you need to initiate a return, please note that all returns are subject to the terms outlined below.

Standard Free Returns

Should you need to return an item purchased online for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of the date you received the product. Returned products must be returned in “like new” condition with all original packaging and accessories. Any returns made after this period or otherwise not in accordance with these terms will not be accepted. Build Vend is unable to offer exchanges by mail at this time.

International Returns

International sales are final. International orders are order shipped to countries other than the U.S.A.
